Designed specifically for men, Testogenix is the testosterone supplement that supposedly does it all, from increased muscle mass and strength to fighting fatigue.
According to Testogenix makers, testosterone decreases by 2-3% each year after age 25. Testogenix was meant to counteract this decrease.
Better still, it’s designed to be an all-natural alternative to prescription testosterone pills that require a doctor’s visit to obtain. By maintaining testosterone levels with Testogenix, you can prevent side effects like weight gain, decreased muscle mass, diminished libido, fatigue, and decreased exercise endurance.
In fact, many people notice improved strength and energy levels within the first week of use and gained additional effects such as increased libido and fat loss with continued use.
I wanted to see how safe Testogenix is for everyday use, so I researched its primary ingredients.

Ingredients
Many athletes avoid testosterone boosters for fear of failing a steroid drug test. Luckily, Testogenix will not cause a failed drug screening. This is because it uses herbal ingredients to promote natural testosterone production.
The sheer number of healthy ingredients contained in Testogenix is impressive. Testogenix stands out above the rest because it does not contain any fillers or preservatives. The most important ingredients are listed below.
Cissus Quadrangularis is an herb typically used to treat obesity because of its ability to stimulate fat burning when combined with other ingredients. More recent studies suggest that cissus reduces recovery time and improves bone density.[1]
Maca Root comes from the Maca plant, prized in traditional medicine. It does not boost testosterone. However, it does contain a wide variety of amino acids and sterols that provide energy, combat fatigue, and increase sexual desire.[2]
Eurycoma Longifolia is commonly known as longjack. It increases testosterone, enabling you to experience greater muscle strength, improved bone density, stronger erections, and increased libido.[3]
Horny Goat Weed is a natural aphrodisiac. It is proven to increase blood flow and improve sexual function by mimicking testosterone’s effects. Additionally, it may treat involuntary ejaculation and erectile dysfunction.[4]
Resveratrol is necessary because it inhibits aromatase, the compound responsible for converting testosterone into estrogen. When testosterone production is increased, the body increases estrogen conversion to maintain hormonal balance. Resveratrol allows male hormones to rise without increasing estrogen.[5]
Side Effects
Testogenix utilizes clinically proven ingredients that are safe for regular use. It doesn’t appear to cause negative side effects, though some ingredients (such as cissus) are meant to be used on a short-term basis, only 6-8 weeks.[1]
To be safe, consult your doctor before adding this supplement to your diet, especially if you are currently taking any medications.

I don’t know if my testosterone levels went up as a result of using Testogenix because you have to get tests for those kind of things. But I do know I saw some benefits from more energy to a higher sex drive to better stamina. I’m not sure these necessarily help with testosterone levels but they do help.
