X-Fit Power Review
If you’ve ever taken part in a cross-training routine or workout before, you’ll know that this form of exercise is quite grueling and tiring.
That said, cross-training is the perfect way to enhance your cardio and strength gains – both of which can help you to reach your performance and fitness goals.
Of course, reaching these gains and goals is much easier said than done. Luckily, there are plenty of performance-enhancing supplements on the market today that are designed to give athletes a boost. One in particular, called X-Fit Power, is even catered towards cross-training athletes.
In this review, we’ll give you the lowdown on X-Fit Power and give you our two cents as to whether or not its an option you should seriously consider using.
Product Specs
To start things off, like many supplements found on the market today, X-Fit Power contains an all-natural blend of ingredients. Recently, studies have shown that all-natural blends are much safer and just as effective as their synthetic counterparts.
As for the form in which X-Fit Power’s all-natural blend is consumed, you’ll find that this product comes in capsule form. More specifically, there are 168 capsules/84 servings found in each bottle of X-Fit Power. A single bottle can be purchased at the retail price of $79.99.
What We Like About This Product
Moving on then, as we analyzed X-Fit Power’s all-natural blend, we quickly realized that it has a lot to offer – starting with its inclusion of two B vitamins in vitamin b6 and vitamin b12.
Both of these B vitamins are capable of speeding a body’s metabolism. To this effect, the higher your body’s metabolism is, the faster you’ll burn fat and gain lean muscle – a ratio that is always optimal for strength and performance gain.
As for the meat of X-Fit Power’s blend, you’ll also find that this supplement contains over 500 mg of alpha-hydroxyisocaproic acid (HICA) and 1,000 mg of d-aspartic acid in each serving.
HICA, on one hand, has proven to be one of the most stable anabolic agents ever studied. In other words, HICA rarely breaks down in the body before being captured by muscle cells. As for its abilities, HICA serves to delay the onset of muscle fatigue and soreness, and can also promote lean muscle gain.
On the other hand, d-aspartic acid serves as the testosterone-booster found in X-Fit Power. In addition to boosting testosterone, it can also increase levels of luteinizing hormone (LH) and growth hormone (GH) in the body.
What We Dislike About This Product
Now, remember how we said that most all-natural blends are relatively safe?
Well, this is still the case with X-Fit Power, but you’re certainly not immune to adverse side effects if you decide to use this supplement.
More specifically, research has shown that d-aspartic acid can also increase a body’s rate of aromtase production. This enzyme is detrimental to a man’s health because of its ability to convert testosterone into estrogen – which can lead to problems such as weight gain and baldness.
Overall Impression
To sum things up, we loved everything about X-Fit Power – including the fact that its catered towards cross-training athletes- except for its price and the adverse side effects related to its use.
Still, if you think about it, rarely will you come across a supplement that is side effect-free. Further, although X-Fit Power is a little more expensive than some of its competition, you do get 84 servings in each bottle.
With this in mind, we feel confident that we are making the right decision in recommending the use of this product.
