Primovar 100 Review
Primovar 100 is supplement that has gone against the grain by shunning all natural ingredients and extracts and is instead relying on steroid analogues and amino acid compounds. This method can be effective but at the same time can be dangerous. Is Primovar 100′s ability to build muscle, increase strength, and improve body composition worth the risk?
What is in Primovar 100?
The main ingredients in this supplement are 1-Androstene-3b-Ol, 17-One and Acetyl-L-carnitine. Acetyl-L-carnitine is an interesting ingredients for several reasons. On one hand, the body can use it burn more fatty acids in the mitochondria, boosting energy and spending more calories. It has also been shown to increase glucose metabolism. This can help provide added stamina to a workout, enhance athletic performance, and chisel away a bit of flab. These ingredient is well worth having in the formula, but what about Primovar 100′s other compound?
As we studied 1-Androstene-3b-Ol, 17-One we found that it seems to be a prohormone that is must have somehow slipped passed the FDA after the big prohormone ban of 2009. From our research it appears to be a hormone precursor that is only two metabolic steps away from becoming anabolically effective. There have not been too many clinical studies to verify its efficacy, but since it has been banned in some athletic circles it must have some effect. But while it may be effective, there are several reports of side effects. Some using 1-Androstene-3b-Ol, 17-One have complained of feeling lethargic, losing hair, and enlarging prostate. On top of that, it may be necessary to stack with a supplement that includes milk thistle to prevent liver damage, a supplement with Saw Palmetto to prevent DHT synthesis, and aromatase inhibitors to block the conversion of testosterone into estrogen.
With the threat of so many side effects, it may be best to avoid using Primovar 100. However, if your an experienced bodybuilder who knows the ropes when it comes to cycling products and getting the right post-cycle therapy to keep your hormones and health in check, than it should offer some decent benefits. But with all the extra cost of finding the right supporting supplements, it would be more cost effective to find an all-natural supplement that got the job done safely on its own.
